The Haunted Hospital: A Chilling Story of Fear and Mystery
Exploring the Haunted Hospital: A Tale of Ghosts and Fear
ASSALAM O ALIKUM, my name is SHEHZANA, and I am here with a true story. This incident happened to me when I was 12 years old, and it is a true event that I am about to share with you.
MOTHER SURGERY
My mother had surgery and was admitted to the hospital. My father had rented a large, separate room that also had a bathroom. Outside this room, there was another room with beds for other patients. Beyond that was a large courtyard, and in the corner, there was a kitchen where I used to make tea or wash dishes. The hospital was private and located in a bungalow.
The hospital was quite large, but I felt very uneasy there. It was my first time staying in a hospital.
20 DAYS
Anyway, my mother stayed there for 20 days. I am the youngest in my family, so my father took me with him to the hospital so we could take better care of my mother. I started feeling as if someone was behind me, standing very close. I dismissed it as my imagination and ignored it.
One day, when I went to the kitchen to wash dishes, I felt like my father was standing behind me in white clothes. My father used to wear white cotton shalwar kameez.
I started talking to him, but when he didn't respond, I turned around, and there was no one there. I got very scared and immediately ran to the room and asked my father if he had been there. He said no, he had been in the room the whole time. I went to the ward and saw that no one was wearing white clothes.
The next day, the same thing happened when I went to the kitchen again. I felt someone in white clothes standing behind me, but when I turned around, no one was there.
That same night, a similar incident happened to my father. He too heard the sound of someone crying and the jingling of anklets. When he woke up, he saw a very scary-looking woman in white clothes. He immediately got my mother discharged and brought her home.
started getting scared and stopped going to the kitchen. Now my father would go to the kitchen whenever needed. One day, while I was sleeping, I heard the sound of someone crying. I asked my parents, but they couldn't hear anything.
This crying sound would start after Maghrib (evening prayer). I started getting really scared. When I told my family, they said it was just my imagination.
One night, around 3 AM, I woke up to the sound of someone crying. I looked around the room but didn't see anyone. We were in a room on the first floor. I looked towards the window and was horrified to see a strange-looking woman peering in.
How could someone be peeking into the room from such a height? I was very scared and started screaming. My hands and feet wouldn't move, and no sound came out of my mouth. Suddenly, everything went back to normal, and the woman disappeared from the window.
I eventually fell asleep again with great difficulty. The next morning, I asked my father to take me to my grandmother's house, and he did.
It has been 16 years since this incident. Even today, I wonder if it was my imagination or reality. Whenever I remember it, I get scared.
This hospital is in our city, Karachi, and it was built in a large bungalow. We never went back to that hospital again.
