The Midnight Intruder: A Terrifying Encounter
The Midnight Intruder: Family's Nightmare
There was an empty house next to ours that had been abandoned for quite some time. A new family had moved into it. The family consisted of parents and two children, a son and a daughter. They had bought the house.
Both uncle and aunty were doctors, so sometimes they had to leave for the hospital in an emergency. One night, a similar situation arose where uncle and aunty had to leave for an emergency, leaving both children alone at home. The children were responsible and used to staying alone, but that night, something strange happened to them.
We developed a good relationship with their family, and we often visited their house. My sister became friends with their daughter, and I became friends with their son.
It was a cold winter night, around 12 o'clock, when someone knocked on their gate. My friend's name was Arsalan, and his sister's name was Bina. Arsalan went to ask who it was, but no one replied. After a little while, there was a knock again. Arsalan went again and asked who it was, but once again, there was no response.
When the third knock came, this time Bina went to ask who it was. A strange voice responded, speaking in an unfamiliar language. Bina didn’t understand anything and told Arsalan that there was a man, but he was speaking in a different language. Arsalan told Bina not to open the door.
A short while later, there was the sound of something falling upstairs. This time, both Bina and Arsalan were quite scared because it was 1 o’clock in the night, and something odd was happening. Bina and Arsalan gathered courage and went upstairs to see that someone had thrown a stone and broken the window.
As soon as Bina looked outside, a heavy stone hit her on the face, injuring her badly, and blood started flowing from her mouth. Arsalan quickly gave her a towel and looked outside. He saw a man, but he couldn’t see his face because the man was wearing a mask. However, his appearance was very strange—he had long hair and was wearing dirty clothes.
Arsalan immediately applied medicine to Bina and said, "There’s a crazy-looking man outside. I'll call mom and dad I don’t feel right." Arsalan made several calls to his parents, but they didn’t answer. Bina suggested, “Call uncle next door” (meaning my father), but it was 1 o’clock at night, and we were all asleep, so no one answered the call.
The knocking on the door resumed again. This time, the man was trying to break the door lock. Arsalan and Bina were extremely frightened and immediately called the police for help.
Arsalan looked down from the window and saw the man staring straight up at him. When the man saw Arsalan, he removed his mask. When Arsalan saw his face, his soul trembled.
The man’s face was severely burned, and he looked terrifying. Arsalan backed away from the window, and both of them locked themselves in a room and waited for the police to arrive. After a while, the police knocked on the gate.
Arsalan and Bina told them the entire story, but the man was no longer there. The police called Bina’s parents and informed them about everything, and they immediately returned home from the hospital.
The next morning, my parents told us that around 7-8 years ago, a couple lived there, and they were quite strange. They didn’t socialize with anyone and acted like psychos. One day, there was a fight between the husband and wife, and the wife set herself and her husband on fire.
It took a lot of effort for the people to extinguish the fire and take them to the hospital, but by the time they were taken to the hospital, they had both died. Since then, the house had been abandoned, and now this family had moved in.
Arsalan said he had seen a burned man, but that couple had died. So who was that burned man? Was he a person or the ghost of the burned man?
